Management involves coordinating a group of people to accomplish a goal. The Management program at С9Ö±²¥ focuses on the human interaction within an organization. You will take courses in leadership, motivation, organizational development and design, group dynamics, communication, and decision-making.

Management also includes planning, organizing, controlling, and directing resources efficiently to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity. You can specialize in a specific management field through minors such as human resource management, management information systems, operations management, international business, and entrepreneurship.

Specific Requirements for Management Majors
  • All majors must have at least 12 unduplicated credit hours.
  • A maximum of 3 credit hours of coop (MGMT 481) may be counted in the MGMT major.
  • Management major consists of 21 credit hours. Some courses have prerequisites.
