Mini-Master and Legacy Mini-Master
The MiniâMaster Classroom started with the BringâYourâOwnâDevice (BYOD) classroom, but then added the most requested part of the Master Classroomâthe resident computer! This room is simple, easyâtoâuse, and meets the needs of the vast majority of users.
Standard Features: ADA heightâadjustable lectern, resident PC (Windows), computer monitor with integrated USB for flash drives, fullâsize HDMI and VGA+Audio cables for userâs laptop/tablet/phone, etc., wireless presentation, assistive listening system (ALS) for ADA compliance. Also includes projector or display of appropriate size, plus appropriate speaker coverage for voice and video playback, with pushâbutton controls. Part of Campus Media Servicesâ managed AV system.
Optional Features: Lapel microphone for voice amplification, camera for lecture recording or streaming,
audience camera for distance learning applications, additional microphones for online
conferencing, digital interactive display
(i.e., SMART Board or SMART Podium) for âinkingâ activities, dual displays (mirrored)
for wider spaces. Current Examples: Devlin Hall 103/105, and Engineering Building
