Tayana Martin, a Sport Management major set to graduate in December 2025, brings a competitive edge to her role as an Operations Specialist at Ennovar. With a background as a student-athlete since the age of seven, sports have shaped her life in more ways than one. While her passion lies in athletics, she saw Ennovar as an opportunity to expand her skill set beyond the sports world. 鈥淓nnovar has opened me up to a different career path and made my skills diverse with the tasks that I do daily within my position,鈥� she shared.
Her role at Ennovar involves assisting the Operations team with daily tasks, scheduling, and more, giving her hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment. The variety of responsibilities has allowed her to grow professionally while working alongside a supportive team.
鈥淭he work environment is very friendly and supportive and is somewhere I enjoy working and enjoy the people I work with,鈥� she said.
Looking ahead, Tayana plans to graduate in December 2025 while continuing her position at Ennovar. Outside of work and school, her passion for sports extends into coaching. Since 2022, she has been actively coaching both school and club volleyball, sharing her love for the game with the next generation of athletes. Whether on the court or in the office, Tayana thrives in environments that encourage teamwork, growth, and a strong sense of community.
