Benjamin Foss, a May 2021 Computer Science graduate, got his start at Ennovar in the Help Hangar at Textron before becoming one of the first students to transition into the ITRM team. That early experience set the foundation for his career, and now, he鈥檚 a Developer II at Textron Aviation. His current role involves establishing governance procedures for Microsoft Power Platform and developing ServiceNow requests.
Reflecting on his time at Ennovar, Benjamin credits it with giving him real-world work experience that went beyond just technical skills. 鈥淓nnovar helped me with real-world work experience. Not just with the work itself but even with office culture and workplace culture,鈥� he said.
Learning how to navigate a professional environment early on gave him an edge as he transitioned into his full-time career.
